How does this all work?
First, a free in-home consultation will be scheduled to discuss your cleaning needs.  We come to your home for a walk-through and once your specific cleaning requirements are determined and fully understood, we issue you a quote for services. We then provide you with the services discussed during the consultation.  It's that simple!

What cleaning products does Sonora Green Clean use?
All of our products are naturally derived and contain ingredients that have been used for centuries to clean homes safely and effectively. We make most all of our cleaning products from scratch which provides you with the best and healthiest home cleaning experience.  We use a variety of ingredients in our solutions and many of them include natural ingredients such as: baking soda, castile soap, natural plant-based surfactants, fresh lemon, borax, etc. We also occasionally use commercial products including: Meyers, Seventh Generation, and Simple Green. 

As per the client’s request, we can use only commercial eco-friendly cleaning products to clean your home.

Is there anything I need to do or provide before you come to clean?
Sonora Green Clean provides all of the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you are not going to be home during the cleaning, you will be asked to provide the company with a key and any necessary gate codes to enter the premises.

How am I billed for the cleaning services provided?
The company gives clients the option of how to pay for cleaning services:

1. On the Date of Service - by cash or a check written out to Sonora Green Clean
2. Prior to the Date of Service - online through PayPal (credit cards and checks accepted)

To reduce the use of paper products and make the process as simple as possible, you are emailed a receipt after services are performed.

Do I need to be home?
No, you do not need to be home while your house is cleaned. If you are not going to be home, you will need to provide the company a key and any gate codes necessary to enter the premises in order to provide service.

Is Sonora Green Clean licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed cleaning company.

What areas does the company provide cleaning services too?
We provide house cleaning services throughout Tuolumne County including: Pinecrest, Long Barn, MiWuk, Twain Harte, Soulsbyville, Sonora, Tuolumne, Jackson, Columbia, Strawberry, etc.

Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by the two owners of Sonora Green Clean.
