(1) Deep Cleaning Service

Our deep cleaning service is recommended for all new clients and involves more than just regular "maintenance". This is usually needed since there is a big difference between dirt that has been sitting around for a while and new dirt that has recently accumulated. The deep clean allows us to give extra attention to areas that require additional scrubbing, polishing, etc. During this session, we are able to get your home in pristine condition by attacking tough grease, grime, hard water/mineral stains, bathroom walls, plumbing fixtures, bookshelves, chandeliers, and other fixtures/furnishings that may require extra TLC during the initial visit. After we get your home back to ground zero, each subsequent visit will take less time if you are put on one of our regular maintenance schedules.

(2) Basic House Cleaning Service / Maintenance Visits

The following house services are included in our basic home cleaning / maintenance visits. Your services will be tailored to fit your specific needs. If you have a home rental Sonora, Twain Harte or elsewhere in Tuolumne County, please see our cabin cleaning services as well.

Kitchens:

Cobwebs cleared out
Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
Window sills wiped clean
Smudges removed from cabinets
Smudges removed from doors
Counters scrubbed and washed
Back-splashes and walls wiped of debris.
Sinks scrubbed and faucets polished
Outside of all appliances washed
Microwave wiped inside and out
Stovetop cleaned
Baseboards dusted
Floors vacuumed and thoroughly washed
